
Garrett Sutton
Garrett Sutton has more than twenty years of experience helping entrepreneurs, families and business select the appropriate legal structures to limit their liability, protect their assets and advance their personal and financial goals through real estate investments and other means.
As an adviser for Robert Kiyosaki, he has written various books for the Rich Dad, Poor Dad wealth-building series, including The ABC's of Getting Out of Debt, The ABC's of Writing Winning Business Plans, Own Your Own Corporation, and How to Buy & Sell a Business, and he co-authored Real Estate Loopholes. He has also written and co-written numerous books for SuccessDNA, including How to Use Limited Liability Companies and Limited Partnerships.
Sutton attended Colorado College and the University of California at Berkeley, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration in 1975. In 1978, he graduated with a J.D. from University of California's Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. He is a member of the State Bars of Nevada and California, as well as the American Bar Association.
Sutton also serves on the boards of the American Baseball Foundation, located in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Nevada-based Sierra Kids Foundation, and is the host of Entrepreneur Magazine's Legal Show.
