Many of us think that we'd love to create work for ourselves that could make a big difference in the world. Rian Phillips is such a person. Not satisfied to donate a percentage of his income or business profits once he's "made it," Rian dreams of creating programs and business opportunities in third-world countries that transform entire villages and communities.
Rian knows of a person who does just that. In fact, she is his dream mentor and heroine, a self-made millionaire and a modern-day Mother Theresa. Beverly Sallee has businesses in 50 countries and donates all the profits from companies she sets up in third-world countries back to the communities, cities and villages. Profits are used to build half-way houses for young girls sold into prostitution, children with AIDS, schools and orphanages for children in South Africa and for building roads, homes, and hope. Rian has dreamed for many years of going with Beverly on one of her trips to South Africa .
On November 30, 2004, Rian is surprised on his doorstep by his heroine, Beverly Sallee. Beverly shares with him that he'll be whisked off to Africa with her on her next trip, where together, they'll participate in projects that are transforming entire communities and villages.
I believe the future of humanity rests in our ability to honor each individual’s special talents as we help them discover their unique destiny.

Elizabeth also arranges for the cost of the trip to be covered by one of her clients, Morgan Smith, founder of Morgan Financial.
In May 2005, Rian and his wife Stephanie, spent 10 days in South Africa working alongside Beverly Sallee. Rians' dream came true as he traveled to orphanages in Soweto, met with World Vision, looked at projects distributing vitamins for children and explored how he can contribute and become a catalyst for great change, as his heroine has, throughout Africa.
